HLTH is an application that improves your posture when you work in front of your computer. It analyses your posture and warns you whenever you lean too far forward or backward. By observing your posture, HLTH can improve your health over time. Additionally, HLTH let's you know when it's time to take a break*.
HLTH uses modern algorithms to get to know your posture and to detect deviations in your sitting position.
HLTH continuously analyzes your sitting posture. As soon as it deviates too much from your correct sitting position, a notification will appear telling you what is going on.
You can easily download the app from the Mac App Store. From this secure environment you can also continue to update the app easily.
HLTH takes full advantage of macOS. HLTH will send you notifications about your posture to the Notification Center. This allows you to choose how you want to receive notifications.
HLTH runs in a safe sandbox environment of the operating system. The camera images from your webcam are not saved. You also do not have to create an account and you can also use the app offline.
You can download HLTH for free in the Mac App Store. The free version will help you improve your posture when you sit badly. Additionaly, you can purchase HLTH Premium to get access to additional features, such as break reminders and detailed statistics.
